These stills were captured during production of Phoolan in India, where the team filmed on location in the regions where Phoolan Devi lived, roamed, and made history. They include rare archival images of Phoolan Devi herself, portraits of the people who knew her, and the landscapes of rural Uttar Pradesh that shaped her world.
